I began my adventure in the world of therapy & personal growth fueled by a passion for understanding the human experience. I’ve since devoted years to exploration and training, discovering how to best empower & nurture clients through their healing journeys. My love for spirituality weaves seamlessly into my therapeutic approach, creating a unique space where healing feels holistic and transformative.
My early days of counseling taught me the importance of connection, compassion, and resilience; those foundational values define the core of my work today. Drawing on both personal and professional experiences, I now help clients navigate trauma and life transitions - guiding them to envision a brighter path as they rediscover and begin to embody their authentic selves.
